            Delegates Canestraro and Fluharty move to amend the bill on page 1, section 409, line 7, by striking out the word “ten” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “five, and by striking out the word “thirty” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “twenty”;

            And,

            On page 1, section 409, line 11 by striking out the word “five” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “two” and by striking out the word “fifteen” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “ten”.
